Safe shipment

We offer a fast and secure shipping service for every order. Shipping is free of charge for orders over 70€. The shipment will be made only and exclusively after verifying receipt of payment. It will be carried out within a maximum of 15 working days. The shipment may be extended in case of strikes or other force majeure. Payment can be made via Credit Cards, Paypal or Bank Transfer.

Bank Transfer: Bank information will be sent via the proforma invoice.

Failure to conclude the purchase order

If Bliss does not intend to accept the Purchase order, it must notify the customer within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Purchase order by registered letter A/R at the customer’s home or by e-mail.

Cancellation of the purchase order

In the event that the customer does not intend to finalize the purchase order, must communicate by email to the customer service. If the customer does not pay the amount due within 10 working days, the order is considered cancelled and will be communicated to the customer by written communication to the e-mail address provided by the custumer.
